Stephanie Kiesow is a former cop, the wife of a cop, and the daughter of two retired cops. She worked in law enforcement for 16 years, the last several as a sworn police officer. Stephanie left her cop job in 2022 to focus full time on her Ph.D. work in Organizational Psychology, where she researches and studies work-related contributing factors to suicide within first responder industries.

Aside from looking at occupational and organizational stressors and traumas, she also seeks low-cost, effective mitigation strategies to prevent work-related mental health decline and suicide.

Stephanie is a Best-Selling author of her book “Workicide,” a national speaker, and has been featured on Blue Lives Matter, The Police Tribune, and Law Enforcement Today.
